Anne With an E celebrates her sixteen years in last season's trailer
Netflix has released the official trailer for the third and final season of the drama series Anne With an E, featuring the main character, as she tries to learn more about where she came from. The series is scheduled to return on January 3, 2020. Check out the video below!
In season three, a landmark anniversary begins a search for Anne's home story as she solves her heart problems and begins to chart a path to her future.

Inspired by the timeless Canadian romance Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery, follows the story of Anne, a young woman who is not afraid to fight for what she believes. Season 3 will continue to address new issues, adding new characters and stories as it explores themes of identity, prejudice, feminism, bullying, gender parity and empowerment through the lenses of its fierce, star-studded and irrepressible protagonist.
A maturing story, reimagined by creator Moira Walley-Beckett, Anne With an starring Amybeth McNulty (Anne Shirley-Cuthbert), Geraldine James (Marilla Cuthbert), RH Thomson (Matthew Cuthbert), Corrine Koslo (Rachel Lynde) Dalila Bela ( Diana Barry), Aymeric Jett Montaz (Jerry Baynard), Lucas Zumann (Gilbert Blythe) and Kyla Matthews (Ruby Gillis). In season two, they added new characters, including Dalmar Abuzeid (Sebastian Lacroix) and Cory Grüter-Andrew (Cole MacKenzie), designed by Moira Walley-Beckett and a writers room for women.

An original CBC and Netflix series, Anne With an E is produced by Northwood Entertainment and created by Moira Walley-Beckett. Executive producers are Miranda de Pencier, Moira Walley-Beckett, Debra Hayward, Alison Owen and Ken Girotti. John Calvert acts as a producer.
Seasons 1 and 2 of Anne With an E are now available for broadcast on Netflix.
