An epic hunt

Borch calls Geralt to join him in a local tavern where plentiful food and beers are ordered, and asks the wizard to help him hunt a green dragon currently hidden somewhere in the mountains of King Neidamir's kingdom. The dragon was recently seen by locals who believed they could acquire the treasure it had accumulated, but after wounding it, the creature destroyed nearby farms, burning crops and sheep. The king offered a reward to anyone who killed the dragon, including allowing the winner to keep whatever treasure he found, and four teams were assembled, one of dwarfs, one of reavers, and one with Yennefer as Sir Eyck de Denesle's mate. Although initially refusing the job, Geralt accepts the opportunity to connect with Yennefer, while Jaskier continues to try to win over Borch's teammates.
Be careful who you trust
While Ciri and Dara follow Brokilon's Mousesack doppler, he answers his question about his connection with Geralt, revealing that it is due to him as a reward for the law of surprise after he rescued his father. As they return to the snow-covered forest, Dara begins to question Mousesack's motives, claiming that much of what he has said and is doing is not increasing, but the doppler introduces Ciri to her grandmother's banner, appeasing her for now. . After finding an open field, Ciri's conversations with Mousesack begin to take a suspicious turn and she accuses him of lying, revealing that he is not Mousesack and Dara attacks him with a silver knife, revealing his true monstrous form. After knocking out Dara, the doppler chases Ciri through the woods, where she is captured by what appears to be a Nilfgaardian soldier and drugged until unconscious.
Someone is jealous
As the four groups climb the mountains on foot, with the path too narrow for horses, the dwarves and Borch's team seem to be getting along, as they both dislike the reavers and Eyck, who seems a little too excited for his taste. . As she heads a path on the hillside, Jaskier stumbles upon a hirikka, with Geralt telling everyone to sheath their weapons, as it does not intend to cause any damage, but the overzealous Eyck kills her quickly and cuts her dead body for a while earlier. feasting on your corpse, which gives you digestion problems. As they sit around the fire, Borch and Geralt discuss the history of dragons, including the mythical golden dragon, whom the wizard claims to have died while Borch believes they are still alive. After waking up the next day, a dwarf finds Eyck dead in some nearby brush, his throat cut as he deals with digestion problems while feeding the hirikka, leaving Yennefer to reluctantly join Geralt's team.
Old Wounds Repaired
As they join the dwarf team to take a mountain-side shortcut to get ahead of the reapers, Borch and his comrades trample on some old boards and die after asking Geralt to continue and protect those who are still able to live. . Geralt questions Yennefer about why she took part in the journey and reveals that she is trying to create a mythic potion using a new dragonheart that will restore her fertility. Geralt and Yennefer go out to a mountain top tent and discuss the pain they caused each other after their first date, with the wizard escaping as she slept after her sexual encounter in Rinde, while Yennefer repeated the same act afterwards. Geralt The two apologize and spend the night together, waking up and still lying in bed next to each other before leaving and realize that the dwarves have left.
The mighty dragon couple
Yennefer and Geralt reach the dwarves up the hill to where the dragon is staying and she uses her powers to freeze them in place. Arriving at the cave, she discovers that the green dragon is dead and is lying near a dragon egg, and while Geralt tries to stop her from approaching, Téa and Véa reveal themselves alive and a golden dragon flies from a hole in it. a hole. rooftop the cave and talk, revealing that Borch was a golden dragon all the time and hired Geralt to help protect his dead wife and egg from hunting parties. The reavers arrive and engage in a long sword fight with Geralt and Yennefer, both using their powers to kill the entire group, while one apparently dead is burned alive by Borch as he attempts to crawl toward the egg.
A change of heart
Ciri wakes up to find that Cahir has captured her and is discussing the fact that he is the true key to her fate, but when he looks the other way for some food, it is revealed that he actually captured Ciri's disguised doppler. . The two engage in a fight, in which Doppler usually has the advantage and even hurts Cahir, before taking off and escaping Cahir's capture. The real Ciri is tied to a tree in the woods and is found by Dara, who sets her free, but later regrets her for leaving them Brokilon and claims that she will kill him and leave her forever.
Forcing the Hand of Fate
After the battle, the dwarves finally reach the cave and Borch offers them dragon teeth to take to the king in exchange for any questions, which they readily accept and leave. Borch talks to Geralt and Yennefer later, in which Geralt reveals that his ultimate desire for the djinn was to keep his destinies intertwined, further irritating Yennefer after Borch declares that she will not be able to reverse the loss of her fertility. Geralt and Yennefer split up and he reprimands Jaskier for everything he has experienced so far, blaming him for the bard, who, unfortunately, also leaves.
